Cet inventaire constituera la seule r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en cas de litige concernant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 15px;\" data-rm-block-id=\"block-49\">En cas de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration pendant le s\u00e9jour de biens port\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;inventaire, seul le propri\u00e9taire a qualit\u00e9 pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration et\/ou au remplacement desdits biens. Sur pr\u00e9sentation d&rsquo;un justificatif, le propri\u00e9taire est ensuite en droit de r\u00e9clamer au client la valeur totale du prix de remplacement et\/ou de r\u00e9paration des biens d\u00e9t\u00e9rior\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.8; margin-bottom: 15px;\" data-rm-block-id=\"block-50\">En aucun cas, le client ne pourra proc\u00e9der lui-m\u00eame \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration et\/ou au remplacement de ces biens.
